We value your time and ours. Appointments delayed over 30 minutes may be cancelled, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
4. Refunds & Warranty
• No Cash Refunds: We offer store credit only for all approved refund requests.
• Service Warranty: A 7-day service warranty applies to all our services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within this period.
